Tention Free :Please introduce yourself to the readers and how and when did you first get into Music Industry?
JT Cotton :
My name is JT Cotton and I honestly would say overall that I’m just starting to really crack the ice.
Tention Free : Tell us about your new upcoming single “Moment Of Appreciation”?
JT Cotton :
“Moment Of Appreciation” shows how a man takes care of his woman after a long stressful day of work. From the bubble bath, preparing dinner, and showing her how much he loves and appreciates her.
Tention Free : Are you working on any new music project?
JT Cotton :
Well I just released my debut “Back To Love Making – EP” which is on Amazon.com now. Currently writing and selecting music productions for my next EP.
Tention Free : What motivates you to do your best work as a recording artist or songwriter?
JT Cotton :
I have a heart for people. I know that music is the most influential thing on the planet. I have a responsibility to deliver my best in each one of those areas to touch and move the hearts of the people in a positive direction.
Tention Free :If you could perform anywhere, in the world, where would it have to be?
JT Cotton :
I’d have to say somewhere in the Australia/New Zealand area. Would love to meet and perform for my fans out there!
Tention Free : What’s your favourite music genre? Any particular reason?
JT Cotton :
R&B. You can blame my parents here lol. They played all the classic r&b love songs coming up and they just became apart of me.
Tention Free : Who are your musical inspirations?
JT Cotton :
The Whispers, Peabo Bryson, Michael Jackson and so many other greats.
Tention Free : Where would you most like to perform?
JT Cotton :
Madison Square Garden in New York City.
Tention Free : Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to be a professional musician as a Recording Artist?
JT Cotton :
Work on your craft for 1 hour, 6 days a week. Stay true to who God made you to be and be a student of the game.
