My name is Isabel C. and I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) energetic therapist and a transpersonal coach. I have been traveling the world and my passion is to manifest the mental and physical health you desire. I have studied many energetic and spiritual therapies, physical treatments and personal development courses. I even finished a masters in Professional Coaching with Emotional Intelligence and NLP. I offer you my mind-body coaching method for you to find the best version of yourself with love and coherence through transpersonal and manifestation coaching.
I started reading about Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, and immersed myself in Reiki, Access Bars© and other energetic modalities. I believe the emotions we have; the mental state we are in can manifest and create our reality.
Tention Free: Can you please tell our readers more about your profession ?
I have been traveling the world learning my profession. I have been to some countries in Asia, like The Philippines and Singapore; Europe, I can highlight Sweden and my own country Spain; and finally the USA, where I found love.
For me traveling and learning about spirituality and personal growth and development came together and learning from other cultures and understanding other people’s point of views are a core of my values as an energetic therapist and a coach.
I always learn from my clients and coaches and I feel when you serve and guide and help others you expand yourself becoming the best version of yourself.
Tention Free: Can you please tell us more about energetic and spiritual therapies?
I believe there is more beyond the physical body, more beyond our eyes can see. This energy field that surrounds us can be filled by our emotions; it can store trauma, a repetitive feeling or even an intense thought. Working with all the layers that we have is a holistic way of healing and I like that approach.
Tention Free: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?
For me, the most exciting and challenging time in my life started last year; I reinvented myself and started online coaching and therapeutic energy sessions.
I didn’t know about Zoom, about designing a website, creating workshops and so many things that I have accomplished. Far away from my comfort zone!
Tention Free: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?
I want to keep traveling the world and expand my business into other countries.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work as energy therapist and as a coach?
What motivates me the most is to be an example of what it is possible. It is really possible to align your body with your mind and to be happy and to love yourself the way you are.
Tention Free: Did you choose this field, as a career, or as a hobby?
I chose it as a career. I studied Audiovisual Communication and then English Teaching Education but my heart is in what I do know. My searching for a better version of myself and life led me to this career.

Tention Free: Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
Well, in my free time I love connecting with nature, like going for walks in the countryside and being by myself. I also exercise daily, my mother always says: “the one who moves the legs, moves the heart”.
Another way of relaxing time for me would be meditation: I just love it! Around one hour is good for me. I also include mindfulness exercises through the day.
And finally, I love reading self-help books, this is a way of learning more about myself and life and disconnect from all the time I spend in front of the computer.
