Tention Free : Let’s talk a bit about you & your music and what is the secret behind your success ?

I don’t really feel like it’s a secret. But I’m a firm believer in God. You get back what you put in no matter what you are going for in life. God is the reason I always have more to give when I think the tank is empty.

Tention Free : What are you working on now ?

Right now my main concern is promoting my new album “Spark”. Getting as many shows as possible, and interacting with as many people as I can.

Tention Free : Please tell us more about ” Spark ” ?

Spark is the epiphany that you can never settle for less again. It is the moment in your life where you take a leap of faith, and before hitting the ground you learn how to fly. The journey towards reaching your greatness…

Tention Free : What motivates you to do your best work ?

The World. The new world we live in now is not the optimistic place I knew growing up. I just want people to know that they can do anything that they want and inspire them to get there. Also, the division in the world is why I love making music. That connection with someone making them feel less alone, knowing someone understands them without explanation, is life changing.

Tention Free : If you could perform anywhere, in the world, where would it have to be?

I would want to perform in Jacksonville, FL there’s no place like my city and I know it is blossoming into one of the biggest platforms for music.

Tention Free : Who are your musical inspirations ?

2pac, Notorious B.I.G, Will Smith, Outkast, Ludacris, Wiz Khalifa, Kid Cudi.

Tention Free : At what point you decide to become an musician ?

I remembered it was 2010. My bro Young Chulo inspired me to seriously chase this music dream because I noticed how great we were as a collective and the feeling I got from writing music was not comparable with anything else. At that point I decided to take myself seriously, being a solo artist.

Tention Free : Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to be a professional musician?

Be yourself. Love yourself. Inspire that feeling.

Tention Free : Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time ?

On my free time I like to kick back and play retro videogames, smoke weed, and read. I love watching movies especially the classics from the 80’s and 90’s era. I work out alot more now…
