Tention Free: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education, your passion etc. ??
I’m Tay Alexander artist, producer, photographer/ videographer and graphic designer from Chicago IL.
Tention Free: We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
If feels good to stay down and come up. I’ve been grinding and creating for a while and now that I’ve been getting interviews ,making connections and thousands of streams it reinsure’s I’m heading in the right direction. I’m putting all the pieces together and I can’t wait to show my full potential.
Tention Free: Any upcoming project?
Definitely. Music and art is therapy. I’m always in the studio recording. I have a lot of songs that I want to share with my followers. I’ll be dropping multiple projects very diverse in vibe, cadence and tone .
Multiple projects out now already and I don’t plan on letting up
Tention Free: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?
One of the most exiting achievements was gaining international exposure and over 50k streams. I haven’t been out of the country yet and seeing that I have supporters in places like Germany, Madrid , Africa, etc. gives me much more motivation to learn more cultures and travel.
Tention Free: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?
I want to keep creating and make my mark in the music industry. Make a name for myself . I’ve just recently scratched the surface with the new exposure and press. I intend on traveling more, performing more and really getting to another level of artistry.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work?
The fact that I started from the bottom and I’ve came so far is the biggest motivation. Seeing how far I’ve come proved to me that I can accomplish anything. I just want to inspire and provide that same type of motivation to the everyone else.

The best time to start is now.
Tention Free: Best moment of your life?
The best moments of my life have yet to come.. I’m so focused and goal oriented because I know there is way more to come for me.. I’m continuing to create new moments better than the last everyday.
Tention Free: Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
In my free time I’m either painting, editing videos, recording or doing some graphic designs. I’m always working on something but I don’t see it as a bad thing. It doesn’t feel like work.
