Tention Free: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education passion etc. ??
I am Natashia Brewer the owner/founder of Everlasting TV, LLC. I grew up in Washington DC and always had a desire and passion for creating, from writing songs to writing my first movie. I have used my creativity in the most difficult times in my life to grow and help others. So I have an affinity for the arts and those who create it.
Tention Free: We been hearing a lot about you and your TV Channel, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It feels so great that people are enjoying the shows that have been streamed on Everlasting TV. I am excited for the content creators who are gaining more exposure on the channel. We are gaining momentum that is for sure. I have said, even before the launch, Everlasting TV is not just a channel it is a movement.
Tention Free: Can you please tell our readers more about your TV Channel, Everlasting TV?
Everlasting TV provides inspirational/motivating content that the entire family can enjoy. With everything that is going on in the world today, we need entertainment that brings families together, builds/strengthens bond, opens communication. We are Christian based and our mission is to change the narrative of what entertainment is.
Tention Free: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?
I have had tons of exciting moments in my career, from writing and producing my first musical EP – The Infinite Love Project, to writing my first book – Love Song, to speaking at my first conference, to producing my first live event – the Renew Your Mind Retreat, to starting my TV channel. By the grace of God, I have had the opportunity to achieve a lot. Every chance I get to create something new is so exciting to me and the excitement is not the same ever time, so it’s hard to pick one achievement.
Tention Free: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?
My goal is to change the narrative of how people look at what entertainment is. You don’t have to have sex, drugs, killing, and cursing every second to be entertained. You don’t have to sacrifice your beliefs to be in the industry. You don’t have to change who you are in order for you to be seen. You don’t have to hand over your ownership in order for you voice to be heard. That’s my goal, to shift the minds and hearts of people to realize that they were created for a purpose and that should not be sacrifice for anything. It’s a lot of work ahead of me, but I was created to accomplish it.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work as Owner/Founder of Everlasting TV ?
I always operate from the spirit of excellence which means I try my best (to the best of my abilities) to provide quality. As Owner/Founder of Everlasting TV finding and producing quality content is what I strive for. I want our viewers to receive the quality they deserve. Plus, as a producer, I must give my all always.I believe that as creative we have a responsibility to make sure what we put out adds value and helps. It should not hinder or stunt our generation’s advancement and the advancement of future generations.
Tention Free: Did you choose this industry, as a career, or as a hobby?
This is a career for me. When I was developing the distribution strategy for my first feature film that I wrote, Violet Bloom, I discovered a gap that I was called to fill. There is so much quality content with powerful, thought provoking, inspiring messages that is so hard to find. I mean you really have to search. I created this channel to bring that buried content (buried by the noise) to one place for consumer to find.
Tention Free: Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
In my free time, I spend as much time as I can with my family and friends. I love to just hang out or travel with them. I love it. Other than that, I do self-care activities like: exercising and having a spa day.
