The Look Better and Feel Better team is a family owned business with Dr. Muhammad at the helm and her daughters Aminah and Munirah. Dr. Muhammad is a retired Naturopathic Physician, Professor of Nutritional Science and Clinical Pshycology. She holds degrees in Islamic, Ayurvedic, and Herbal Medicines and Aromatherapy.
She started an alternative medical center and weight loss clinic in the southwest with offices in California, Arizona and Nevada and serviced clients worldwide via the internet. Dr. Muhammad retired in 2005.
2017 brought with it Dr. Muhammad, Aminah and Munirah opening Look Better and Feel Better an online health and wellness blog to address weight loss, health and wellness issues from a natural approach.

We are glad to be noticed, but with everything it comes with a certain amount of responsibility to maintain quality and consistency.

To finish my weight loss book to help give people natural options for weight loss and obesity. I want to develop a community of people who want to change the way they look at food long term and not just the latest fad diet.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work?
Since 1993, I have had a passion for helping women and men have healthy lifestyles and good eating habits and to improve the quality of peoples lives. It all started with my daughter being diagnosed with asthma at 2 years old. I knew it had to be a better way and I found it through natural healing and natural health.
