Question : Let’s start with the basics of your work and I know it’s the thing that most of our readers would ask you about. What would be your starting points?
Answer : I have worked as a freelance web designer/web developer for many years and also in-house contract-based for several international awarded magento agencies. I love e-commerce and magento platform and been focusing on this segment. With the expansion of the web technology, internet marketing and promotion, I have decided to build my own web agency and my own team of designers and developers bringing along my own vision into creating web presences. Being a developer myself, I understand easily the workflow as well as the clients needs, therefor translating them into requirements or code is something I can easily handle. Although we work in a very flexible way, using the latest trends, Moaryarty.com is a client-focused agency.
Question : What are you working on now?
Answer : Currently, I am working on a very interesting project called workouthere.co.uk which will be launched end of january. It is the UK’s largest fitness comparison website. Specialising in providing a wide range of experts and health centres within the fitness industry, Workout Here is the home of reputable elite fitness professionals, quality gyms, affordable studios, sports and health centres across the UK. Whether it is a rugby coach, football field, gym or physiotherapist, Workout Here has an easy to use platform so that users can find what they are looking for at the click of a button.

Question : What is the secret behind your success?
Answer : I study a lot to keep myself in the “game” and updated with the latest tech. I work a lot but I work smart instead of hard and I keep myself focused on my goals but with each target I reach, I do a re-evaluation of my current and future situation and how I can improve or achieve them faster. Success is a relative benchmark and never an isolated high as will always be measured with comparative parameters.
Question : As a web developer what’s your strategies about web development ?
Answer : During the process of web development the strategy itself is really important if you are aiming to create a top-notch interactive web presence that will drive the business forward. The entire strategy process can be classified in three main steps and each of them are quite complex: the first is the discovery process of the business needs with research on the company or their services, the second step would be research on the end users needs while the third can be analyzing the competition. With all this data gathered I can move on to putting them together and choosing the design and the functionality that will meet the business goals by satisfying the end users with a complete journey for their tasks, needs, desires and so on while kicking off the competitors.
Question : Do you set goals for yourself and how do you do that?
Answer : Goal setting is quite important in anyone’s personal of professional life. It is a powerful process for thinking about the idea future and what is motivating myself to turn my vision of future into reality. Not knowing what you want is not getting you anywhere as it is similar to a boat floating with no aim in the ocean, it won’t reach anything. I start everything with the intention and then comes planning and of course the execution. The execution part requires a lot of persistence, patience and also paying attention to each opportunity.
Question : Tell us about your achievements ?
Answer : “Moving from zero to hero” – this is a quote that I really like and it’s quite motivational as it keeps my feet on the ground. I had the opportunity to have several notable accomplishments in my career as I was able to work within really awesome teams and for really high-end customers building custom web solutions.
Question : What made you decide to become a web developer ?
Answer : It’s a really confusing question as I still don’t know if I chosed coding or coding chosed me. But either way, was a really good choice as I love what I am doing and I cannot imagine myself doing something else.
Question : Who are your inspirations?
Answer : There is no particular person or figure that inspires me, I don’t have idols or such, but instead I am inspired by passion and by people who love what they are doing regardless of their area. From passion, love and dedication beauty is born.
Question : What motivates you to do your best work?
Answer : I am running a company which is client-focused therefor the end-result is really important for me and along the way I strive to provide the best solutions even if they are part of the backlog. I try to imagine that the output is for myself and I want to finish up my projects in a way I would do it for myself. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result is my primary motivation even if it will require more time. I really enjoy working on my own but a team is always motivating in personal and business development as it is quite rewarding working closely with others who share the same goals or vision.
