Tention Free : Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education etc. ??
I’m a very simple human being who loves to write and sing songs that comes from within. I was formally graduated in Architecture in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Since then I worked a lot in this field helping a lot of people to create their dreams building their houses. After a while, when I was about 30 years old I decided to follow my dreams too and I changed my career focus to do what I really love most, witch is Music. Since I was playing guitar from age of 10, and had made some performances before. My first venue was in Wichita, Kansas (USA). I decided to forme a band in Brasília, the capital of Brazil. Well, bands are hard to menage so in 2015 I decided on going solo career as Fella Manero.
Tention Free : We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It fells good that people are hearing my music and enjoying it. Gives me strength to keep going and secured that this new path is my dharma.
Tention Free : What are you working on now ?
I working in finishing my EP, which will have 4 songs in Portuguese. At the end of this year I will have a full album with 10 songs, 3 in English.
Tention Free : Please tell us more about your new Single “Par Perfeito” (Perfect match)” ?
This is a song that was made in 2016 for a very special person that shared a bit of her life with me. At that time I was recording my first album “Japamala”, and this song came at the end of production, so I could’t insert it. So I kept for the next album. The song is about love and how to be open to it. If you know how to receive love, you might know how to give love too. This is the theme of the song.
Tention Free : What motivates you to do your best work as a singer/songwriter?
I believe that I’m here in this world to help others. My way of helping is singing my particular vision of things, always focus from within and maybe help people to see things from other perspective.
Tention Free : What kind of response you have received from your first album, “Japamala” ?
I really got a lot of plays in SoundCloud and the response of the public in my short tour last year was great, I’ve sold great deal of physical CDs copies on the venues.
Tention Free : If you could perform anywhere, in the world, where would it have to be?
I would love to play at Glastonbury, London.

Tention Free : Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to be a professional musician?
Just keep going and enjoying life, don’t look too much back, the most important thing is the way, not the end point.

I like to read, watch good movies with great company, and drink some tea.
