Tention Free: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, passion and entrepreneurship journey?
My name is Fathiya Fousseni, I was born and raised in Italy, but my parents are Ghanian so you can say I’m originally African.
I found my true passion and purpose in helping others, I’m a business strategist and the Founder of She Wins Mastermind.
I help women entrepreneurs start and grow online businesses, by providing the right strategies for their online marketing, personal branding, social media and mindset.
My journey started in 2015, when I left my job as a fundraiser for a charity, to pursue a business venture, that was supposed to give me financial freedom.
Well, my first year in business was a struggle and a learning experience that lead me to where I am today.
I’ve managed to build a business I’m really proud of, and my experience inspired me to work on my new project, and that’s the She Wins Mastermind platform.
Tention Free: We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice you are starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It feels great! All this attention allows me to reach more people, help more people and fulfil my purpose.
The way I see it, you gain attention when you are doing something right, so I’m really grateful for all these opportunities that God has given to me.
Tention Free: Can you please tell our readers more about your mission?

As I mentioned before, I went through some difficulties when I first started my business.
My mission is, to make sure others don’t go through the same struggles that I had to go through, and instead learn the strategies that really work and fast track their success.
Our goal is #EMPOWERING1MILLION because we are on a mission to empower one million women to start their online business. I’m really excited about this because I love the freedom that having an online business can give you, and I want that for all the women out there.
Tention Free: How you can help female entrepreneurs?
When starting a business there is a lot to learn, new skills, strategies, systems etc…
Most female entrepreneurs are trying to figure everything out by themselves, through trial and error, and I was one of them.
That leads to wasting time and money but also getting overwhelmed, stressed, and confused in the process.
I create a clear roadmap for female entrepreneurs to follow, so that they can stop feeling stressed and overwhelmed, but instead start locking in profits in their business.
Tention Free: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far?
There are so many things but the latest one is launching the She Wins membership club that was really exciting! I consider it my lifetime project.
Tention Free: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next?
There are so many goals I want to achieve but I think the next goal would be having a baby. I’m looking forward to experiencing that.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work as a CEO?
What motivates me is the impact we are having on female entrepreneurs, and the results we are providing every day. When I have conversations with my clients I’m constantly reminded why I love being a business strategist and coach. That’s what’s motivates me to do my best work as a CEO.
Tention Free: Any suggestions for new entrepreneurs?
I have three tips to share.
The first is don’t be afraid to ask for what you need and want. If you don’t ask, you don’t get.
The second is to build relationships, collaborate and surround yourself with people who are going to lift you up and push you.
The third and the biggest advice I want to give you as a new entrepreneur is to have a coach or mentor, that has achieved what you want and listen to them, follow their suggestions.
Tention Free: Everybody needs a time out. What do you do in your free time?
