Tention Free : Let’s talk a bit about your work and what is the secret behind your success?
Fikayo :
God. I believe that God has given me the little success that I’ve obtained. I also don’t think this is that much of a secret but hard work goes a long way too, because if you don’t work for something you want then it will just keep being something you “want” not something you have achieved.
Tention Free : What are you working on now?
Fikayo :
Right now, I’m working on fashion articles for a lot of other blogs, websites and online magazines
Tention Free : What inspires your creativity ?
Fikayo :
Everything around me and everything going on and happening everyday. I feel like if you can turn a negative thing and be able to bring out of it positivity, then it’s worth being put in writing.
Tention Free : What are your plans & hopes for the future ?
Fikayo :
The future is of-course unknown, but whatever happens I definitely hope I can keep building up my blog.
Tention Free : Tell us about your Fashion Blog ?
Fikayo :
Fashion is the main and primary niche of the blog but I write about almost everything because it’s also a lifestyle blog. It’s just a place you can come to and with every post you read you get a little uplifting out of it and you feel good about yourself even if it isn’t a motivational post.
Tention Free : Do you set goals for yourself and how do you do that ?
Fikayo :
Yes, I definitely set goals for myself, everyone should. It’s just covers thinking about what you want to do and achieve and also promising yourself that no matter what, where, or how, you’re gonna get it done.
Tention Free : What made you decide to become an Fashion Blogger ?
Fikayo :
I love writing, I noticed that every time I start writing ideas start popping out of different places and I just find out that am writing a whole essay on something that is meant to be in a paragraph even if it’s on a very small subject and fashion has been in my life since I was a little girl it even runs in the family and the two combined together equaled a blog so I went ahead and I did it.
Tention Free : What motivates you to do your best work as a Fashion Blogger ?
Fikayo :
It has a lot to do with research because when you research about different new things you can learn a lot about it and when you know much about a certain topic then writing about it will be a piece of cake.
Tention Free : What hidden talents do you have?
Fikayo :
Well, I have this motive that kicks in when someone’s lying to me and I already know that they are even before they start talking and it comes in handy a lot.
