Tention Free: Tell us a little bit about yourself. Your background, education your acting passion etc. ??
My name is Tyerise Foreman, I’m 40 years of age even though I don’t look like it lol!. I grew up in New Haven CT. Where I attended school as a youngster. I got my first taste of acting when someone came to me in high school and asked if I would like to fill a roll that was vacated by another person in a play called “Death of a Salesman” I attended high school & then college which I never finished because I felt like my passion was acting so I took several classes in acting at Stella Adler School if Acting. My goal is to be one of the best actors in the industry soon.
Tention Free: We been hearing a lot about you, so we notice your starting to gain a lot of attention how does it feel?
It feels great because you put so much of yourself into this business, blood sweat & tears and the agony of letting your family down as a man. So it definitely feels amazing to gain all of the attention that’s good for a person like me
Tention Free: Any upcoming project ?
I’m working on several projects at the moment like a fashion show, a TV series called “Brotherhood Of Silver”, and I’ve been going on auditions none stop which has been great just to get my face in front of these casting directors.
Tention Free: What has been one of the most exciting achievements of your career so far ?
An exciting achievement of mine was when I worked on the film “Paranoia” which starred Liam Helmsworth, Harrison Ford, Gary Oldman, Amber Heard, and Lucas Till. It was the most exhilarating thing I’ve ever been apart of.
Tention Free: What’s your goal in life you want to achieve next as a model?
My goal I want to achieve in life is that I want to be the best at what I do and I’m willing to put in the hard work to get it because I was always told nothing in life is free, you have to almost bleed your way through to get what you want.
Tention Free: What motivates you to do your best work as an actor?
What motivates me is my family and the fact that I can watch my peers like Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Samuel Jackson etc.. do what they do best and I learn a lot from them on how to act. But at the moment I’ve been reading a lot of books from Susan Batson, Uta Hagan, Tennessee Williams, to Micheal Cain.
Tention Free: Did you choose this industry, as a career, or as a hobby?
I chose this as a career because from the start I got a little taste of it and I was hooked, I was convinced that God sent me to achieve this goal for my life and I have to give back to younger actors just like it was given to me.
Tention Free: Everybody needs time out. What do you do in your free time?
I go on family vacations but even then I’m always working wether it’s studying for a movie role or show or just reading on vacations.
